Hotel Booking Policy:
The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone without providing a reason.
Cancellation: By making a booking you are entering into a legal contract. However we appreciate that circumstances arise causing cancellations or curtailment of a booking. If you wish to cancel or change you booking, you must do so by phone (01273 624462) no less than 48 hours before your stay is due to commence. Whilst we make every effort to re-let accommodation, we reserve the right to charge 50% of our full tariff on every room booked. Any deposit refunds are subject to an admin fee of £10. If you cancel a booking less than 48hrs before your stay is due to commence we reserve the right to charge 100% of our full tariff on every room booked. For your protection we recommend taking out holiday insurance cover.
Rates: The best rates are generally available online, however from time to time special offers may be available through other promotions. Please note: We are unable to offer online discounts through phone booking.
Absolutely no hen parties: This applies to the hotel. Our policy is to refuse hotel accommodation to Stag and Hen parties regardless of whether they are straight or gay.
If groups ignore this and book individually and are then found to be part of a large hen/stag party we will cancel their booking (even on arrival). If we need to cancel a booking in these circumstances less than 48 hours before arrival date we will apply a 50% cancellation fee. Please note: we may allow small parties into the club/bar by prior arrangement.
Bar & Club Policy: Right of admission is reserved. Over 18's only, if you do not provide adequate proof of age you may be refused entry. Some promotions may require proof of age or Date of Birth, in such cases we will only accept a Passport or Photo Drivers Licence as proof.
Privacy Policy:
This privacy policy sets out how "Legends Hotel" uses and protects any information that you give "Legends Hotel" when you use this website.
"Legends Hotel" is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
This policy is effective from 15th September 2006.
